Pay Rent

Options for paying rent:

1. Securely by credit card or ACH withdrawal on the Resident Portal.

2. By check or guaranteed funds at your onsite manager's office. Check with your onsite manager to see if there is a drop box for after-hours payment.

3. By check or guaranteed funds in person or by drop box at the property manager's office:

Please note that rent is due on the 1st of the month, and is considered late if received after midnight on the 3rd.

Routine Maintenance Requests

You may request non-urgent maintenance by logging into the Resident Portal or visiting your onsite manager's office.

24-Hour Emergency Maintenance

Please call (833) 280-4371 for emergencies that cannot wait until regular business hours (fire, burst pipe, flood, gas leak, or similar).

Internet, Phone & TV Bundles: XfinityDirecTV, Century Link

Water, sewer, and trash is prorated and paid directly to The Management Group.
